As a result of the rights issue to the shareholders in Opus Group AB and the directed issue to the sellers of Drew Technologies, Inc. that were registered in April 2015, the number of shares and votes in Opus Group has increased by 33,600,012. The directed issue amounted to 5,470,744 shares and the rights issue amounted to 28,129,268 shares. Total number of shares and votes in Opus group on April 30, 2015 amounts to 286,763,431.
