As a result of the rights issue, resolved upon by the Board of Directors in Opus Group AB (publ) (“Opus Group”) on November 6, 2013 and approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on November 28, 2013, the number of shares and votes in Opus Group has increased by 17,959,269.
