Corporate Governance

Opus Group is a Swedish company active on a global market. The company’s shares are quoted on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Opus Group follows the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance.

Opus Group is governed in accordance with Swedish corporate law. Opus Group’s Articles of Association regulates the alignment of the business, share capital and how and when the notice to attend the AGM takes place. Opus Group also complies with other applicable Swedish and foreign laws and regulations.

Nomination committee

The Nomination Committee is the shareholders’ and the Annual General Meetings body responsible for preparing the AGM’s decisions regarding appointments.

Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting is the highest decision-making body. The Annual General Meeting appoints the Board of Directors and Auditor.


The auditor is appointed by the Annual General Meeting on the proposal of the Nomination Committee.

The Board

The work of the Board is regulated by the Companies’ Act, the Articles of Association and the procedures adopted annually by the Board.

CEO and Group Management Team

The CEO and the Group Management Team are responsible for the Group’s ongoing business operations.
