On March 2, 2017, Opus’ Argentinian subsidiary, Opus Inspection SA, completed the acquisition of three vehicle inspection concessions in Córdoba, Argentina.  Opus began operating the three vehicle inspection stations in Córdoba on March 1, 2017.

Opus acquired the concessions under an asset purchase agreement with Inspecentro, a Portuguese vehicle inspection company. A purchase price is not disclosed at this time due to competitive reasons.
