Opus Inspection completes acquisition of Envirotest

On February 28, 2014, Opus Inspection, Inc. completed its acquisition of Envirotest Systems Holdings Corp., renamed to Envirotest Corp., a leading vehicle inspection services and technology company in North America. The combined company becomes the vehicle inspection market leader in the United States.
