Opus Inspection, Inc. has received a notice of intent to award a contract to provide Vehicle Emissions Testing services from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA). Negotiations are expected to last 45 days or more before official contract signing. The term of the contract is expected to be for 9 years.
